Shwetha began her career from scratch and, with very little financial and intellectual assistance from her family, has reached the pinnacle of her profession by switching her profile from a professional woman to an entrepreneur.
Shwetha Rajeev accepted the position of Human Resource Manager at IBM after completing her MBA. This led to the conception of a unicorn.
Instead of focusing on her "excellent" and "steady" profession, she made the decision to follow her passion.

We don't often get to witness such entrepreneurs beginning their quest to effect change. Her intervention had truly assisted hundreds of youngsters in planning their futures and resolving their deep issues. Such an entrepreneur is Shwetha Rajeev.
Shwetha’s small initiative helped hundreds of women get an education about today. Shwetha's enthusiasm for volunteering initially sparked her interest in education. She made contact with nonprofit and governmental organisations with plans to teach EDP and bridge courses to the Tribal women as she started to reevaluate the route of her life.
Shwetha was reared in and earned a Master of Arts degree from a relatively small town in Karnataka. After that, she continued her studies by earning her MBA in human resources management. After being married, she finished her B. Ed. and a Master's in English Literature at Bangalore University.
She began working at Bosch after completing her education, and she also won Best Employee of the Year. Shwetha has also worked for Bosch and has held the position of principal in a school. She started her own business after more than 12 years of employment.

Making people aware of a sector that is still not widely recognised, particularly with regard to careers for women, is another important factor.
Shwetha Rajeev has observed a lot of parents, especially those with young children, who are concerned about their children's potential careers in the IT sector as well as many other fields.
